AMERICAN CYCLING ACADEMY

Steve Lehman has again been named Director of the American Cycling Academy at the Trexlertown facility of 24-7 Fitness Clubs in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Steve will also be coaching at the Academy which will run this off-season from October 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009. He will guide cyclists to new levels of strength, speed and power on the bike. Steve will construct programs appropriate for your level, from weekend warriors interested in improving their fitness for the club rides, to hard-core racers looking to advance to the next level. The programs will include weekday and evening indoor sessions (your bike on our Cateye trainers), weekend rides and a complete fitness center at your disposal.
