Disclaimer and Registration RESPONSIBILITIES: By accepting the common carrier’s passenger ticket or traveling on the vehicle of carriage, the passenger of Steve Lehman Tours, Ltd. And it’s affiliates and agents thereof (hereinafter referred to as “SLT”) hereby acknowledge and agree that SLT merely acts as an agent for its passengers in regard to booking the passenger for passage by railroad, motor coach, boat, plane or any other mode of transportation. The term “passenger” as used herein shall include all person(s) traveling with or within the control of the person(s) named on said passenger ticket. Therefore, the passenger hereby agrees that he or she shall hold SLT harmless for any and all liability arising out of or concerning the act and/or services performed by SLT on behalf of or for the passenger. Passenger understands and agrees that he or she must always look solely to the common carrier and/or the third party which SLT dealt with on behalf of the passenger. SLT unconditionally and at all times reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of one of its tours or to otherwise book said passenger for travel on any vehicle. SLT shall not be responsible for any loss or liability occasioned by respect to the mishandling or loss of any baggage or luggage of a passenger. All services provided by SLT on behalf of the passenger are subject to the laws of the country in which these services are performed. SLT unconditionally reserves the right to change accommodations made on behalf of the passenger to a similar or upgraded class of accommodation where necessary. As part of or incident to participant’s tour arrangements, participant may engage in various activities including , but not limited to, traveling on bicycles or motor bikes, car rentals, swimming, water sports, horseback riding, and otherwise (“Activities”) and participant is hereby notified that these Activities may be dangerous and participation may result in serious injury or death to participant and that participation in these Activities by participant shall be at participant’s own risk and Steve Lehman Tours, Ltd. Shall not be liable for any injuries or death sustained which arise out of or concerning participant’s engaging in such Activities. CANCELLATION/REFUND: If written request and notification of cancellation or name change is received 45 days or more prior to departure, all monies received will be refunded, less $100 administrative fee per person. If cancellation is received less than 45 days and more than 30 days, all monies received will be refunded, less a $250 administrative fee per person. If cancellation is received in less than 30 days, a cancellation charge of 100% will occur. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. DISCLAIMER: Steve Lehman Tours, Ltd. And its agents act only for the services described herein and disclaim any liability for delay, loss, damage, illness and/or injury and recommend appropriate insurance to cover such possible occurrences.
