Steve Lehman is a world traveler. He and Sandy, his wife of 45 years, have visited more than twenty-six countries with several visits to most. They have lived in Europe for nearly two years and it was there they developed a wanderlust.
Steve is also a World and National Champion, and World Record holding cyclist whose roots are planted in recreational cycling. He loves the bike. Steve first got on a bike in 1984 at the age of 37. He came through the ranks of recreational/club cycling, triathlon, road racing and track racing. In addition, he has had his race accounts published in numerous sports journals and magazines, coaches cyclists and triathletes and been a motivational speaker. He has done this while managing a career(retired) in financial services and directing the American Cycling Academy. Since 1989 Steve has competed in over 315 bicycle races, placed top-five in over 251 and won 130. Below are a few of his top achievements in cycling: Important Wins and Designations
